Terms of Service
Thank you for considering using my services as a digital artist. Please review the following terms of service before commissioning me:Payment and Pricing:
a. The price for a commission will be discussed and agreed upon before starting with the client.
b. Payment methods accepted: Paypal and Western Union.
c. The full payment, including PayPal fees, is required before I begin working on the comms.
d. If the complexity of the comms changes during the drawing process or deviates from the initial idea, an additional amount will apply.Schedule and delivery:
a. I gonna provide an estimated time for commission delivery (usually 5 days or less)
b. If there are any delays or changes to the deadline, I gonna contact you as soon as possible.
c. The final product gonna be delivered in digital format (1900x1900px). If another size is required, it can be sent according to the client's request.Rights and Usage:
a. I retain the rights to the artwork created during the commission, unless otherwise agreed upon.
b. The client may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless a commercial license has been discussed and agreed by both parties.
c. The client may not resell or redistribute the artwork without my written consent.
d. I reserve the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.By commissioning me, you agree to the above terms of service. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
